Create the first admin and optionally activate your license. This runs fully inside the appliance.

The local database is configured. Continue with your first admin account.

What happens next

PrepBoard writes the on-prem config file.
The appliance verifies that database preparation is complete.
The first admin account is created and signed in.
If a license key is provided, activation is attempted immediately.
